Orange County Foster/ Group Homes

So here in Orange County their are many babys, children, and teens in foster homes and group home. Many group homes lack simple luxurys. Like a group home called YLE it has 3 homes. One in Costa Mesa, One in Garden Grove and one in Huntington Beach. The only way the group home can supply a computer with internet is if the internet payment it donated along with the computer. Many other group homes are this way. If you would like to get involved and help out.
