I miss you sooooo!!! much!!! I've been super busy during the summer! Working 72hrs a week so computer and stuff like that hasn't exactly been on the top of my list. I feel horrible! I actually have been out in the water and painting a whole lot more! I wanted to get a hold of you sooner but i totally lost your number within the exchange of getting a new phone! :'( But totally hit me up soon! Dead season is here at Myrtle Beach so I have some time to crank out a huge creative outlet!

oh yea it was so huge and i may be comming next month for a few days but you would of loved the sets that were rooling in i couldnt belive it. oh yea i can finely go front side and back side im so stoked and i just started to learn kite boarding, im geting in to it way fast and i just cant get enough
so stoked...yeah it seemz everyone down here has heard of us and is stoked to meet us...i wish we could just get the editing done for our show...sometimes i get so frustrated i hate waiting!

I understand your family's concerns. but tell them that Tanuan, Leyte is a whole island away, very far from Mindanao wherein there have been infamous reports of rebels. And as of now, there hasn't been any real news there. And if they are also concern about your security in Tanauan, please tell them not to worry. I have just sent an email to Mayor Roque telling him about your intention to grace the competition. I'm sure he'll arrange something for your safety. I hope we get a reply soon.
BTW, from Manila, we have to take another plane ride to Tanauan, so you probably have to get an online booking from http://cebupacificair.com/ that arrives on Tacloban. From Tacloban, it's another 30 minutes by land and we're right smack on the beach.
Myself and some of my friends have already got the Dec 26-31 booked from another cheaper (and older) airline. So if you can book a flight for you ( the flight takes less than a couple of hours, no worries, we'll have you picked up at the Tacloban airport) it'll be a seamless plan.
But if you have your hands full, we can book a flight from here. Dec 26-31 are lean dates anyway.
So what are your plans on Dec 10 onwards before the competition? You still want to hit the hot spots near Pampanga? We can spend a weekend in Zambales and play if you want.
Can i also have your email addy? So I can give it to Mayor Roque when he replies and so both of you can take it from there.

it's a week-long event with night parties but i think the competition will hit on the 29th - 30.. if you can confirm the dates you will be here i'll send an email to the organizers in leyte right away. :)
i've been thinking of asking you to come in December instead of jan 2010 because there'll be a National Skimboarding Competition in Leyte but that's on December 26 - 30, will you still be here at these dates? We've been invited by the Mayor to attend the competition and Im sure if he gets to know you'll be coming, he'd be pretty excited too. It's an hour plane ride away from Manila but it will be definitely worth it because that's where the best skimboarders in the Philippines are, I mean, really the BEST. I can email Sir Mayor but im getting ahead of myself here..wait wait.
Pampanga is near one of our spots -- Zambales! and then we could go to Morong, Bataan or maybe La Union too. There's too many places to go to here... lol! just tell us when you're free (after your welcome feast with your Pinoy family) and we'd be happy to show you around. Im sure all my friends would love to meet you and see you play. Aw! I can't believe this!
and oh thanks for thinking of giving away stuff but I think maybe we could share it to those who need it most -- those from far away spots like in Leyte that I was talking about, and in Samar -- 4 hour bus ride away from Leyte.. Kids there are the awesomest players! We can meet them if you want or if you got the time...

I just got back from Cabo and it was awesome! I wish I was going back in May for the contest, it's going to be insane to watch the best skimmers in the world rip those waves!!! You're going to have a blast!
